When ordering please add the service to the shopping cart; just like when you are shopping for a ring. Every selection of rings has an additional button for you to add the service to your shopping cart.

Engraving Fee  :  $10.00 per area

This means that for laser engraving inside the ring and outside the ring is charge separately.

Photo Laser Engraving

If ordering photo laser engraving please email info@cptph.com with the photo that you will need laser engraved along with the code of the product that you would like the photo to be laser engraved.

How many characters can be Laser Engraved on a ring?

We can laser engrave as many characters as you like but we suggest 31 characters including spaces; this is to ensure readability of the laser engraving because the more characters the smaller would be the laser engraving and the laser engraving readability will then be affected. We can however, do 2 or 3 lines laser engraving of which the number of lines will defend on the width of the ring.

Can we return or exchange orders with personalised laser engraving?

No. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for rings with personalised laser engraving so if you are not sure of the ring size then have the ring delivered to you first to try it out then send it back to us for laser engraving. However, you will have to cover the postage cost going back to us and then sending it back to you.

**NOTE : We no longer accept Laser Engraving request for Tungsten Carbide Rings that are not bought from us.
