Return & Exchange Policy              

 
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us that is why within 30 days from the day that you have received your order if you are unhappy with it simply send it back to us for a refund, an exchange or store credit subject to the following conditions:
  1. Exchanges in size and returns for refund or store credit will only be accepted within 30 days from the time your order has been ship out.

  2. We MUST receive the returned merchandise within 30 days as specified above otherwise, your return will not be accepted or will not be processed.

  3. Beyond 30 days only exchanges will be accepted and this will be covered by our Lifetime Replacement Program.

  4. You must be the original purchaser of the product.

  5. That the product be returned in new and resaleable condition including all paraphernalia that goes with it including ring box, pouches, Guarantee if any.

  6. That it is not a part of a wholesale order, custom order, orders with laser engraving and order with precious metal inlay ie. gold, silver, platinum, mukome etc.

  7. Rings with diamonds in which the diamond is supplied for by C.N.Millar are considered custom orders and as such is non-returnable.

  8. Postage fee is non-refundable.

  9. We must first receive the returned merchandise before any refunds can be processed.

  10. If the gift box are damaged on return its cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

  11. This policy is only applicable for catalog purchases. Rings purchase under Lifetime Warranty is excluded. Purchases under Lifetime Warranty claim please contact support@cptph.com

Guidelines


  1. Email support@cptph.com and state the reason of the return. If your return is authorized; you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

  2. If your return is accepted RAC will be issued to you. Ensure that you write down the RAC on the Return form. Failure to do so will delay processing of your request as we do not process any returns if it was not authorized.

  3. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and therefore no monies will be refunded.

  4. Product to be returned must be in new and resaleable condition not altered, soldered or damaged in anyway.

  5. Product to be returned MUST NOT be a part of a wholesale order nor a custom order or order with laser engraving. (All these are non-returnable)

  6. All documents and certificates including gift box/pouches or any free gift if applicable should be returned together with the completed Return Form.

  7. Packaged the returning product properly ensuring protection from damage. Be sure to use Registered Post or Courier shipping as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged returning merchandise.

    8. Upon receipt of your return its condition will be checked and verified before a confirmation email will besent to you containing all details of your return and the action that you have chosen.

    Please bear in mind that all returns and claims will be duly verified and may require proof or additional information coming from you before any claims can be approved or disapproved so please make sure that you provide detailed account to back your claim.

      Note that fees may apply defending on the action you have chosen in your Return Form.
